Important: This file is only a DUMMY. It is not used for actual OSGi deployment. The real OSGi descriptor is created 
 by Maven and the Maven-plugin 'org.apache.felix:maven-bundle-plugin'. Therefore, this file only contains the minimum 
 that is required to suppress Eclipse's error messages. We still use some of Eclipse's builders, because we want to 
 manage the plugin.xml (for extensions and extension-points) using Eclipse. Marco :-)
