Upgraded to pi4j 1.2-SNAPSHOT and disabled pull-up-resistor.

pi4j 1.2-SNAPSHOT is needed due to the error "Unable to determine
hardware version. I see: Hardware : BCM2835" since the last apt-get
dist-upgrade :-(
