2. * Extended CreateRepoWizard to show a server selection, if started from context without known server.
   * Added create-repository-button to LocalRepoListPane.
   * Adapted to refactoring of Config (split into ConfigImpl class and Config interface) in underlying CloudStore.
   * Introduced RepoSyncTimer[Impl] to periodically sync.
   * Made sync-period configurable via UI. (detail)

   * Replaced old cloudstore.logDir reference by generic one (using ${appId.simpleId}).
